SAMHSA awards TCHS funds for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic

Tri-County Human Services would like to thank SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) for awarding TCHS $1million annually over the next 4 years.
The funds will be designated for the TCHS CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic) Project. This endeavor will provide for expansion of high-quality behavioral healthcare services to individuals s with serious mental illnesses or substance abuse disorders, including those with opioid abuse disorders. In addition, the project will increase access to a full range of community behavioral health services that TCHS offers. Access to the services will help improve the behavioral health and quality of life for residents of Polk, Hardee, and Highlands Counties.
