Bill is a member of the Florida Behavioral Health Association Information Technology Workgroup and was Chair of the group from 2019-2020. The IT Workgroup is a committee of Chief Information Officers and Technology Directors that represent Florida agencies throughout Florida. He is also a member of the recently formed Quality Leaders Committee.
Bill received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of South Florida following a military career in the Air Force.
